The Summer is well underway and it's been really exciting so far here at Kids Yoga Flo HQ!
I have enjoyed some "field trips" visiting The British Museum's Ancient India India Living Traditions Exhibition which runs until 19th October '25. It is a beautifully curated exhibition with incredible artefacts, videos of the South Asian Community participating in living traditions and the textiles, block printing and scents through-out the exhibition were incredible! Well worth a visit - book ahead https://www.britishmuseum.org
I have started teaching at a new venue in Southall, UB1 at Her Space and Retreat which is a women's only space where you can enjoy a wealth of wellbeing, healing, yoga and fitness classes. I will be offering mother and child yoga sessions there.
Finally we enjoyed the wonderful Hanwell Hootie at the beginning of May which is the biggest free music festival in London and celebrates the Marshall Speaker which was born and bread in Hanwell! We had a mini festival in the morning in class before the actual festival in the afternoon and evening! Much fun was had by all!
There is much to come during the rest of the Summer, I am holding a Father's Day special on 14th June, where dads, daddy's, grandpa's, pops, stepdads, uncles, big brothers and any other special person can accompany their special child to yoga.
Finally I am looking forward to my usual yoga and wellbeing sessions in schools, guides groups, nurseries and extra Well Being Days throughout the Summer Term before the holidays begin and I return to Fresh Art Camps for the last week in July

Enjoy the rest of the Summer
Keep Yogaing! Emma
