It's definitely been a sizzling summer in London this year! So I have taken full advantage and gone full on with a summer time yoga theme! We have been enjoying lots of summer themed stories, listened to the sounds of summer and created sea creature poses and incredible shell mandalas.
We also had the incredible win by The Lionesses in The Euro's! How amazing were they!!! To celebrate we created some footballer bead dolls in fabulous football strips!
As always partner poses were requested and the children enjoyed "pizza massage" and creating fun and engaging poses together!
I introduced the children to one of my favourite books "The Bridges" by Tom Percival which talks about the importance of reading and how stories can help build bridges in our world, help us discover new people, places and adventures! We created bridges using blocks, our bodies and friendship!
I feel so honoured to be able to share the gift of yoga with young people and their families and I look forward to continuing this into the next academic year! I will be continuing working weekly in schools across the borough of Ealing, supporting students and teachers with their well-being and yoga. My bi weekly Saturday sessions for parent and child and 6~11 year olds will continue. I will also be adding a weekly adult community class on a Tuesday evening in Hanwell ~ please get in touch if you are interested in joining me.
If you would like me to visit your school, nursery or work place to deliver yoga and well-being sessions then please get in touch. I always have space for a few more settings!

I am going to be taking a few weeks off now and then will be back ready to take on the Autumn Term (but lets not think about that just yet!)
See you very soon
