FRESH ART CLUB SUMMER CAMP!

I have the pleasure of joining Anna @Fresh Art Club this week as part of her summer camp offering!

I am running yoga sessions at lunch time along with my old colleague Sue who is assisting me.

The sessions focussed on sharing poses with the children to help develop strategies for dealing with stress, big emotions and help them relax.

The sessions are running for 3 days at Blondin Park, Northfields Ave.
